Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) are steel structures that are designed, fabricated off-site, and then assembled at your project location. This method is faster, more cost-effective, and more precise than conventional construction. Our certified erection teams manage the complete assembly process — setting anchor bolts, erecting primary steel frames, fixing secondary members, and installing cladding and roofing systems. We handle all types of structures including industrial sheds, warehouses, factories, distribution centres, and commercial buildings.

Before anything is built, it must be precisely engineered and manufactured — we do both in-house for complete quality control.
Great construction begins at the drawing board. Ira Infra's in-house structural design team works closely with clients to understand project goals, site conditions, and load requirements — then produces fully engineered building plans including 3D structural models, GA drawings (general arrangement), connection detail drawings, and fabrication shop drawings ready for production.
Our fabrication unit then manufactures every primary frame member, secondary structural element, and custom component to millimetre-level precision using high-grade steel. Because design and fabrication happen under the same roof, we eliminate coordination gaps, reduce errors on site, minimise material waste, and speed up the overall construction timeline significantly.
